Free shipping in USA for PAPER if paid for with Software

Order Confirmation:  All orders are confirmed by email.  PLEASE add our email address to your allowed list in your email program.  Do not assume our email is not blocked without checking your controls.  If you do not receive a confirmation email within 48 hours, your email provider's spam controls are blocking email from ebay@hmwd.com   Problem providers to date have been:  AOL, att, attbi, atti, charter, cox, cs.com, earthlink, hotmail, jazzvalley, MSN, netzero, nc.rr, people.pc, sbcglobal, se.amedd.army.mil,  siginet, swbell, sympatico, verizon, yahoo, and many private email accounts.

Accepted Payment Methods:  NO PERSONAL CHECKS.  Credit cards and checks are accepted through PayPal.

USA Shipping Fees
We ship software and paper priority mail.  If you want your package insured, contact us before bidding for additional fees.  We use USPS tracking.

International Shipping Fees
We will NO LONGER GUARANTEE SHIPMENTS TO MEXICO or CENTRAL AMERICA.   For these areas, we recommend additional shipping fees so package is not "lost".  Please contact us for shipping charges before you bid.

Your purchase will be shipped Priority International.   You will be furnished with the Customs Tracking number when package is shipped so you can track your package.

To substantially decrease international shipping fees, some software items may be removed from the sealed box for international shipments.  If you do NOT want it removed from the box, please email us before bidding so we can calculate the increased shipping fees. 

International Buyers - Please Note:

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
